“Project Rescue Nepal has established a vocational training center in Kathmandu Nepal that provides much more than simple job skills. By empowering victims of girl trafficking to be able to provide for themselves, the training center enables these precious ladies to gain a sense of dignity and self-worth. Their smiles and laughter as they learn skills and create products are a testimony of this dignity that they are gaining through learning to provide for themselves.”
With the help of Project Rescue survivors now live independently, and are able to support themselves through the production of handbags and pashmina wool and silk scarves.
